Matomo
Our website uses "Matomo" (formerly "Piwik"), a web analytics service provided by InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand. Matomo stores cookies on your end device that enable us to analyse your use of our website. The information collected in this way is stored exclusively on our servers, namely the following data

• two bytes of the IP address of the user's accessing system
• the website accessed
• the website from which the user accessed the website (referrer)
• the subpages that are accessed from the accessed website
• the time spent on the website
• the frequency with which the website is accessed

Our website uses Matomo with the setting "Anonymise Visitors' IP addresses". This means that IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form, thus preventing them from being directly linked to individuals. The software is set so that the IP addresses are not stored in full, but 2 bytes of the IP address are masked (e.g. 192.168.xxx.xxx). In this way, it is no longer possible to assign the truncated IP address to the calling computer. The IP address transmitted by your browser via Matomo is not merged with other data collected by us.

SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
